How much advance notice do you need for catering?

48 hours advance notice would be great. But we always try to accommodate our customers, so don’t hesitate to call us and ask. Because your order comes fresh from the smoker, we may not be able to deliver a lunch order with only a few hours advance notice, but same-day pickup may be a possibility.

What days do you cater?

If we are open we are catering!

Do you need a deposit?

We accept Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express to hold your bbq event. We will charge 25% of the event as a non-refundable place card. The remainder can be paid at the time of booking, or, upon delivery.

I don't have final headcount....should I order anyway?

Yes! We’ll follow up 48 hours before your event to check on last minute details.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, if the circumstances make sense, you can pick up your order. We prefer to deliver all orders, to ensure safe delivery of the meal. 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the central Florida area. If you are more than 5 miles away, we may require a small delivery fee.

Is it cheaper to order from the a la carte menu?

Not if you’re planning to feed a group. Our catering prices are designed to do that!

Do I need a server?

For most catering events, a simple drop-off of the BBQ is all you need. But if you’d like, we can provide a server for a nominal fee. Our server will deliver the meal, set up the buffet, replenish food as needed, and clean up at the end.

How do I order?

Call or text 407-929-9350. We’ll call you right back if we’re busy serving others. Or fill out the order form on our Contact Page and submit. It’s that easy.

How are catering orders packaged?

In safe, aluminum catering pans or plastic containers, depending on the item and the order.

How long will my food stay hot?

All catering orders will come hot and ready to serve, unless otherwise specified. If you don’t open the containers, the food will stay piping hot for an hour. We recommend chaffing stands if you plan to serve more than an hour after delivery. We can provide chaffing kits (stand, fuel, and aluminum shell cover) for $10/ea.

Do you provide paper goods, plasticware, or serving utensils?

Yes, all of the above. For larger events, you may be charged a nominal fee.

Do you provide any items that aren't on the menu?

Like we always say, if you don’t see it, just ask! We can probably make it!!
